Clear information about the data processed, its purpose, retention and your rights.
What we collect
First name, surname, Kosovo municipality or diaspora country, email, declarations of citizenship and age, your preference and the optional public-display choice. We do not request a home address, personal number, identity document or phone number.
Legal basis and purpose
A preference may reveal political opinions and is processed only with your explicit consent. Data is used for this consultation, verification, duplicate prevention, optional publication and the exercise of your rights.
Security and recipients
Identity is encrypted at application level and stored separately from the response. Email is used to deliver the private management link and to prevent duplicates. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical anti-automation signals. No identifying list is given to the Assembly or any party.
Retention
Identifying data is deleted 90 days after closing. Public names are removed after 30 days. Only anonymous results remain.
Your rights
You can change or withdraw your participation through the private link. Contact us for access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion. You may also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency. info@isdmak.org.
